Summary

The Seminole Rest Shoreline Stabilization Project at 7611 S. Atlantic Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL covers 1.1 miles of shoreline. Coordinated by the University of Florida’s Coastal and Estuarine Ecology Lab, the project utilized mangroves, native plants, and recycled shell in oyster bags/mats to stabilize multiple sites in the area.
