Lake Worth Lagoon
A rock berm 2,000 feet long and 8 feet away from the seawall was constructed to provide a living shoreline in front of a seawall in Palm Beach County in the Lake Worth Lagoon. The rock was lined with filter fabric and red mangroves were planted between the seawall and rock berm. The project was conducted by Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resources Management.
